Office & Admin Manager

We are looking for a Office & Admin Manager to join our team!

About The Position

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic IT administration and work with external IT experts as needed
  • Actively assist with planning company events, seminars and welfare activities
  • Manage vendors and service providers coordination 
  • Provide office management services to employees
  • Organize office operations and procedures and create relevant policies
  • Perform complex high-level administrative duties to support C-level executives
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Office search and Office move project (post COVID-19)

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative position, from a hi-tech company - Must
  • College Degree or equivalent - Advantage
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely proficient and experienced with G-suite, Microsoft Office, Apple OS
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, organized  and problem solving skills
