Head of Growth

We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our team!

About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic, creative and data-driven marketing talent to own the company’s lead generation activities and generate sales. This person will review and optimize campaigns and relevant marketing channels to scale website conversions, revenue growth and new customer acquisition.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ownership: Own KPIs to drive revenue growth through various marketing campaigns
  • Acquisition (freemium version signups) and Lead Generation: Through paid marketing channels (paid search, paid social, remarketing,..) and SEO to increase awareness and product signups
  • Web conversion: Increase conversion rates and define the customer journey
  • A/B testing: Create a culture of testing to continuously find new and creative ways to optimize conversions
  • Analytics and tracking: Track data in Salesforce, Hubspot, Mixpanel and other automation tools to make informed data-driven decisions


  • 2+ years experience in a Growth marketing role at a B2B company
  • Proven data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns and A/B testing
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (such as Hubspot, and Marketo), SalesForce, paid search and social
  • Detail-oriented and results driven
  • Creative and passionate about marketing optimization
