Business Applications Manager

We are looking for a Business Applications Manager to join our team!

About The Position

The Business Applications Manager supports efforts to leverage current and new technologies for the go-to-market business process, working closely with the related departments (including Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support). The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Operations team, working closely with this department to ensure a smooth process surrounding various projects and initiatives. He or she will be responsible for following CRM/MIS processes for any system changes or maintenance activities. Qualified candidates will understand Intezer's business needs and incorporate their understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations.


  • Use analytical skills to recommend new or improved system implementations that are satisfactory for Intezer’s need 
  • Ability to lead project activities, working with internal and external parties, and cross-functional groups (such as Marketing automation, Finance and Support system integrations)
  • Gather and maintain documentation for projects, including functional specifications
  • Provide tactical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform  
  • Document, design, and test system implementations and launch support of solutions using Salesforce best practices  
  • Build and deliver solutions using code, 3rd party tools and APIs, migrate data


  • 2+ years of previous experience as a IS / IT Business Analyst , Salesforce Admin, or Salesforce project manager working with sales and/or marketing business units in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in the position of Salesforce (Certified) Administrator. Salesforce (Certified) Advanced admin is an advantage
  • Experience in IS / IT Sales & Marketing automation
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation capabilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills (including written and verbal communication), motivation and coachability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand evolving business processes and translate these into CRM/MIS requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot process flaws, develop effective improvements, and document and deliver solutions to remedy the specific need 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Industrial Management with an emphasis on Information Technology

  • Hubspot, Netsuite certifications 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Developer/Platform App Builder certification  
  • Experience with C# and Java are advantages
