Customer Success Manager

Intezer’s customer care engineers are responsible for providing our customers with technical expertise and professional services to ensure they are addressing their cybersecurity challenges and meeting their objectives. The Customer Success Manager is a key component of our company’s success, working closely with customers, partners and internal stakeholders such as the sales, product and research teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer on-boarding—work with new customers to design, deploy, configure and integrate Intezer’s solution into their environments and workflows
  • Understand each customer’s security processes and make recommendations based on Intezer’s solution and best practices
  • Ongoing customer communication—proactively communicate with customers to ensure maximum utilization of our solution, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Customer services—assist customers with their product questions and issues, and work with Intezer functions internally to resolve the issues and offer support
  • Increase revenue by identifying potential up-sell opportunities, and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals. Partner with sales to drive alignment for customer renewals and expansions
  • Work closely with the product and professional services teams to track optimization requests, best practices, technical recommendations and ensure account issues are resolved quickly

Desired Skills:

  • Customer success or on-boarding experience
  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Familiarity with different products, processes and ecosystems
  • Fluent in Englishwriting and speaking. Any other language a plus
  • Customer oriented and experienced in working with enterprise customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Team player. Lead cross-functionally, collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment, understand customer perceptions and partner together to exceed customer expectations

Nice to have:

  • Experience as a security incident responder or SOC analyst/manager
  • Linux system administrator and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python or JavaScript
