Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a technical support engineer to join our team!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers’ deployment and upgrade projects
  • Resolve users’ technical issues
  • Work with Intezer’s engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Communicate customer needs to Intezer’s product teams
  • Work with Intezer’s sales and customer success teams to build and improve the customer support process

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in deploying systems on customer networks
  • Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Docker containers
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience working with web services and APIs
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Familiarity with public/private cloud
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
