Notice: Intezer Labs does not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. YOUR CONSENT
BY ENTERING, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SITE AND/OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING WITH RESPECT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE EVENT YOU DECIDE TO PROVIDE US WITH SUCH IN OUR SITE’S FORM. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect two types of information from our Users:
- The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which is available to us while Users are using the Services. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical and behavioral information, and may contain information with respect to the manner and frequency of your usage of our Services, such as the activity of a User on the Services, a User’s “click-stream” on the Services, etc.
- The second type of information is information which identifies an individual, or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, either alone or in combination with other information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify you or be otherwise associated with you. Personal Information which is being gathered may consist of any personal details provided voluntarily by a User or on their behalf. Personal Information is actively collected from Users when Users wish to contact us or register to use any of our Services, which may require, among other things, collection of an individual’s name, e-mail address, phone number, country, job title, and employing company.
For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists. Under this Privacy Policy, the term “information” shall mean both Personal and Non-Personal Information.

For example, we collect information which you submit or provide us with any Submitted Data and we collect Personal Information which you voluntarily provide when you fill in our registration or contact us in any other way. In addition, we may publish open positions at Intezer via our Site. In connection with such opportunities, we collect information that is voluntarily provided to us by the job candidates (“Candidates”) when they apply to any of the open positions published by us, by e-mail, via the Site or otherwise, and only as necessary for the recruitment process, as further detailed in Section 16 below

Please keep in mind that once you voluntarily provide us with your Personal Information, we may collect information comprised of both collection types together.
While the data protection laws in the above jurisdictions may be different than the laws of your residence or location, please know that we, our affiliates and our service providers that store or process your Personal Information on our behalf are each committed to keep it protected and secured, pursuant to this Privacy Policy and industry standards, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction.
You hereby accept the place of storage and the transfer of information as described above.

For example, these technologies enable us to: (a) provide you with the Services; (b) keep track of our Users’ preferences and authenticated sessions; (c) secure our Site and Services by detecting abnormal behaviors; (d) identify technical issues and improve the overall performance of the Site and/or our Services; and (e) deliver you targeted advertisements that are more tailored to you based on your browsing activities and inferred interests and track ad performance (For more information about this practice, click here: http://www.aboutads.info/choices/).
We may also use Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn’s (the “Social Ad Platforms”) functionality of re-marketing tracking cookies and pixel-based retargeting. This means that if you provide your consent to Social Ad Platforms to be provided with personalized commercial offers, you may be served with ads based on your use of the Site and/or Services, or outside of them and across the internet. In such event, the Social Ad Platforms will place cookies or pixels on your web browser and use such technologies to serve you ads based on past visits to our Site or Services.

16. JOB CANDIDATES
We welcome qualified Candidates to apply to any of the open positions posted on our Site by sending us your contact details and CV or resume (“Candidate Information”). Since privacy and discreteness are very important to our Candidates, we are committed to keep Candidate Information private and will use it solely for our internal recruitment purposes (including for identifying Candidates, evaluating their applications (including with the assistance of third party service providers), making hiring and employment decisions, and contacting Candidates by phone or in writing). Please note that we may retain Candidate Information submitted to us even after the applied position has been filled or closed. This is done so we could re-consider Candidates for other suitable positions and opportunities at Intezer; so we can use the Candidate Information as a reference for future applications; and in case the Candidate is hired, for additional employment and business purposes related to their employment with us.
If you previously submitted your Candidate Information to us, and now wish to access it, update it or have it deleted from our systems, please contact us at contact@intezer.com.
